Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel within the stated timeframe and meet the conditions below. Seat transfers to a colleague at the same organization may be offered instead of a refund when schedules allow.

Timeframe

For Pattern Desk and Signal Sketch, request a full refund at least 7 days before the cohort start date listed on your enrollment letter. For Ops Atlas private desks, the cancellation window is defined in the proposal (typically 14 days before kickoff).

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds apply when cancellation arrives inside the window and materials have not been unlocked. Partial refunds may apply if live sessions have begun but fewer than 25% of scheduled contact hours have occurred; the retained portion covers facilitation prep already delivered.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees explicitly itemized, customized data preparation already performed on your files, and completed private workshops are non-refundable. Digital worksheet packs marked “final delivery” after download confirmation are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@cloudstack-tools.digital with your enrollment reference, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility in writing, then process the refund.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days depending on your institution.

Cancellation by CloudStack Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical or force-majeure events may qualify for goodwill credits outside the standard window at our discretion. Consumer rights under Malaysian law that cannot be waived remain available.
